Independent living for senior adults who wish to live with their peers in a community with Villas that are conducive to secure, healthy, independent lifestyles. Optional services will be available in future phases of the development include: meals, scheduled transportation, and a variety of organized social, recreational, cultural, and educational activities. Details: Standard Villa Deluxe Villa To meet the varied needs of prospective residents, the future phases of this retirement community are envisioned to include two additional levels of services: Enhanced independent living for senior adults in an apartment setting who require a more supportive atmosphere that will include meals, housekeeping, linen service, scheduled transportation, and organized activities. This level of service is being planned as part of Phase II of the Pinegrove Estates development.

Assisted living for aging seniors who require assistance with activities of daily living but who do not need the skilled medical services of a nursing home. Services will provide a combination of apartment living, personalized support services, and healthcare that will include assistance as needed with dressing, bathing, grooming, meals, laundry, housekeeping, health monitoring, medications, scheduled transportation, and organized activities. This level of service is being planned as part of Phase II of the Pinegrove Estates development.
